return process.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:
● Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
● All tags must be attached
● Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
● Final sale items
● Gift cards
● Undergarments / intimate wear (if applicable)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at vudoshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for
return.
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or
incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo
evidence.
We will resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Chargebacks & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or excessive
return activity. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of delivery and policy
agreement.
